Dianne and Mel were great. The Lacey location is closing due to the plaza anchor store expansion. Despite this, the employees were very pleasant and professional. I hope to see a new Mattress Firm store open up in the Forked River area soon. I would definitely shop there in the future if the same staff returned.
View on GoogleMy husband and I went in looking for a new mattress. Nelson helped us and was so informative. He answered all of our questions, asked us questions to help narrow down our search, and ultimately ensured we felt confident about the mattress we chose. I highly would recommend this mattress firm and Nelson specifically!

View on GoogleI went to Mattress Firm needing a last-minute mattress, and Nelson made the entire experience quick and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, patient, and helped me compare prices and comfort levels across several options. I ended up leaving with two mattresses in under 30 minutes thanks to his excellent service. Highly recommend Nelson and this location!
View on GoogleMy sleep expert Shamaila S, performed a miracle. I purchase a mattress in October. I was supposed to have it delivered on the 20th of October. I received a phone call from the warehouse confirming my delivery on the 20th. I was able to sell my old mattress in one day, and then it happened. Two days after confirmation the Mattress Firm store called me and told me that there was a delay because it was a custom mattress and I would not be receiving my order until November 15th. I am now sleeping on an air mattress for a full month because I sold my old mattress. I came to the store on Tuesday to make sure that everything was confirmed and that there would be no problems on November 15th The salesman was off that day ,but the manager wrote a message to my salesman to call and confirm delivery and contact me the very next day. I did not receive a call today from the warehouse confirming my delivery for tomorrow and something told me to come to the store and find out what's going on. Delivery calls to customers ended at 2:00 p.m. Shamalia's professionalism and knowledge was able to contact the warehouse and make my delivery possible as scheduled. Thank you so much Shamalia.
