Read the entire review -- updated again 12-3-25 I updated this 9 months(October 2025) after buying the new mattress in January 2025 I leave no stars for the warranty company and feel I am at a loss First off in January 2025 -- Props to Kelsey at mattress firm @ K plaza for the awesome experience in my massive search for the bed mattress that was right for me ! I went in and explained the nightmare I was in searching for a new mattress and the troubles I was currently having with a "bed in a box", after my explanation we got to trying a couple mattresses very quickly narrowing down what was "rite for me" , got down to 2 selections. I left the location and checked out several other bedding suppliers, including a trip out west, to 183rd & center ,Mattress Firm location, thanks April for being on point in the search with me , both Kelsey and April landed me in the exact same bed , lol , that kinda sounds odd but it's true. 2 different locations, 2 different employees, 1 bed for a match at both locations. Everyone at mattress firm has made this experience EPIC for me and I like the way you all do business, no pressure, no phone calls wondering when I'd be back in , Kelsey and April both helped me in my final decision on Serta iSeries 2.0 hybrid mattress, also bought the pillow I drug around the store and a mattress protector and sheets set. I must have tested their knowledge aswell but they're on key thinking I was a secret shopper !!! Nope just a guy looking ( searching ) for the mattress that's rite for ME EPIC😎EPIC😎 EPIC😎EXPERIENCE😎 THANK YOU MATTRESS FIRM THANK YOU APRIL THANK YOU KELSEY, your all amazing at what you do ❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️ Now waiting for delivery, but I honestly think this short wait will be worth it this time ❗️ Currently October 9th 2025-- Currently 9 months later and this mattress is getting uncomfortable and sinking into the springs / coils and because there is no body imprint in the memory foam, or springs poking through the sides I'm left with a 1600 uncomfortable mattress. That's a really great 10 year warranty. The manufacturer doesn't warranty comfort. Kelsey and April were fantastic people to have worked with , but this warranty issue has me very upset 😡 I feel like I'm just stuck. I was offered 20%Off a different mattress but I've already got 1600 wrapped up in this one. I wish someone could help FINALLY NOVEMBER 12TH , Thank you to Zack @ mattress firm for helping me get things straightened out , we were able to exchange and paid the difference + for a new mattress and I look forward to the swap and hopefully I get the results I have been looking for. Once again I'll re-update as progress is made. Hopefully everything will pull through and it'll be a good night sleep. Finally after a surgery and recovery I was able to return to pick out a new mattress ( no more pillow top or memory foam). Zack helped to show what my options were for what fits my needs most so I made my new decision. It was delivered November 29th and have been a happy sleeper so far so with the hopes that this mattress continues to fulfill my sleep needs I would stirr recommend family and friends to check out mattress firm when shopping for a new bed set or mattress. Thank you all again.

Our salesman, Zach, was fabulous! He explained mattress options so well and held our order for delivery until our tornado reconstruction was done 4 months later! The two young men who delivered our order were very polite and cheerful. We had a large order and, without me asking, they took their shoes off every time they came in and out of the house. Nothing on the walls was nicked while they moved our order in. Kudos to this Mattress Firm crew!
