Mattress Firm Lakewood City Commons

Nathan was excellent. Our very first purchase from MattressFirm. Can't wait to get the new bed set up and start sleeping better. We went to Denver mattress first and had a great experience, but Nathan was able to warn us about a detail in the Tempur-Pedic warranty that the folks at Denver Mattress did not tell us about. Our bed frame has a slatted base, and Nathan was able to set us up with some low profile platform pieces that will go under the mattress and help save the warranty, should we ever need to use it. Highly recommend. Somewhat cheaper than Denver Mattress, and a longer sleep trial than Denver Mattress, and very similar customer service. (Mattress Firm is a little less bougie, in a good way, but still very professional.) We visited two different Mattress firm stores, and both were clean and tidy. It was nice to talk with someone about purchasing a mattress and have it be the mattress that they personally use also. In the past we've purchased mattresses from Ikea. I definitely enjoyed this more guided experience. Same day pickup was exciting too. Next day delivery was going to be great, but a little more effort on my part, and I'll have it today. Thank you for your expertise and knowledge, Nathan!

Marcel was super patient and respectful in our process. He guided us to a few good options but also gave us the space to make a decision in our own time. Mattresses always feel like a really stressful purchase, but we felt confident in making our decision! Highly recommend :)

Truly the best experience shopping for a mattress. You're never "ready" to buy a mattress; you buy one because you suddenly need it! Nathan helped us understand the specifics of the mattresses we were considering, gave us additional information about how to maximize our mattress warranty, and also did his best to make our investment worth it. I highly recommend working with Nathan with your purchase! This Mattress Firm is clean, tidy and has plenty of options to choose from. Also a great location!

This past Saturday I called the store first thing when they opened. I spoke to a gentleman named Lucas who verified that they had the bed in stock that I was looking for. When I got to the store He was there to greet me and let me try the bed I was looking at to verify I wanted it then after purchasing, he carried it and loaded it in the car for me. This was literally the best experience for such a big transition for us. I’m so thankful for his help. And the bed has been great the last few nights! Thanks Lucas for caring about your customers!

I highly recommend speaking with Tre if you need a new mattress. He's professional, knowledgeable and there was no pressure. As I was researching options I stopped by several times and finally chose to buy from Tre. I genuinely enjoyed working with him and never would have returned if I felt the slightest pressure to buy.
