Mattress Firm Mt Lebanon

We had the worst experience this time around. We were looking for a mattress to help with back pain. We got sold on a particular unit because it came with a 120 day sleep trial. The salesman assured us that as long as it had a protector on it we would be good. We could not use the polyester one the carried so we purchased a 100% cotton one that day and it arrived before the mattress. We waited the 100 days just like they suggested to let it break in and it is just not working for us. Wake up In pain everyday. When we went to swap it out that salesman no longer works there and they did not keep their word and not we are screwed. I have a $2600 mattress that is killing my back and neck. Not good business tactics to not hold up the word of your own sales people. The protector is $120 dollars. When you spend thousands on a mattress spending another $120 on a protector is a no brainer had I been told right. If they make this right with me I will update the rating.

I am beyond pleased with my experience! The salesperson (Patrick) was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel confident in my decision. His expertise was truly a blessing. I am so grateful for his help and exceptional customer service. I can’t wait for my new mattress to arrive! 😊
