Derick was very helpful in finding me a good mattress. There was a good variety of mattress to choose from and I was able to find one within my price range.
Having a free delivery in a timely manner was awesome. It came a single day after I purchased it. And it came with a free adjustable base which was nice.

Sandra (who goes by Sandy) was such an immense help finding the mattress that I needed. She reached out to adjacent Mattress Firm stores to determine if there was a mattress to my specifications in stock, and she found the last one remaining for me! Great service, and so very friendly! My family and I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Jacob at Mattress Firm located at 415 N Market Street in Chattanooga, TN this weekend, and we felt it was important to recognize the incredible customer service he provided from start to finish.
From the moment we walked into the store, Jacob welcomed us with professionalism, kindness, and a genuine willingness to help. It was immediately obvious that he truly knows his stuff when it comes to mattresses, box springs, pillows, pillowcases, sheet sets, and everything needed to create the perfect sleep setup. He took the time to carefully explain the differences in quality, comfort, support, and pricing without ever making us feel pressured or rushed.
What impressed us most was how patient and attentive he was throughout the entire process. Jacob listened to exactly what we were looking for, answered every question thoroughly, and helped guide us toward the best possible choices for our needs and budget.
