Mattress Firm Old Town

jerald was knowledgeable and helpful with us finding the right type of mattress. Though with this being my first time buying a mattress, he was not very patient when it came to me asking questions. For example, I inquired about an item and he rudely said ‘is this your first time buying a mattress’? as his accompanied facial expression was annoyed, because he had to get up again. I know this because once he got up, he attempted to excuse his rudeness by saying he just got surgery and is not as mobile, however, this attempt was a poor excuse. He was not accountable and if I wasn’t already in the process of buying the mattress, I wouldve went somewhere else. In addition to this, the mattress came with a hole in it at the bottom and on top of the mattress, there are little strings that were already loose. Photos are attached. Regarding delivery, they were supposed to give us an hour heads up that they were on the way per jerald and instead they only called 10 min before the delivery, which was disrespectful and unprofessional. Also, when delivering the mattress, it lightly fell on me and no one was accountable of this. The main guy also wasn’t very clear in his communication. In the future, I won’t be buying from mattress firm.

This is the third time we've purchased at Mattress Firm, and the best ever! Our salesman, Richard, was superb. He presented us with choices that covered all of our wish list, at several price points. We were delighted by the selection. Best of all, we were able to arrange next-day delivery. The delivery team was also superb--quick, tidy and friendly. Altogether--another great shopping experience!

I randomly stopped in this evening to exchange a couple of mattresses for a specific kind to work with Murphy beds. The sales gentleman was kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in to when we left. He was patient and kind to my young daughter too who wanted to see ALL of the mattresses. I highly recommend this store especially for their customer service. Thank you!

Richard was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable trying each bed out and being super patient with us while we found the perfect bed and tried to keep our energetic child from destroying the place. We're very excited about our new bed!
