Very disappointing customer service. I contacted the store with concerns about my furniture order and expected professional and respectful communication. Instead, I felt that my concerns were dismissed and that I was not treated with respect. When spending thousands of dollars on furniture, customers deserve clear explanations, patience, and good customer service. The experience left me frustrated and disappointed. Communication was poor, and I felt that resolving the issue was much more difficult than it should have been. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store and would not shop here again.

She was friendly and very helpful. This store has a very large selection with great prices!! If you need quality furniture with an affordable price, we highly recommend Stocks Furniture!
View on GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with this furniture store. We spent nearly $3,000 on a couch and waited about two weeks for delivery. When the furniture arrived, it could not fit through our building entrance, elevator, or apartment door. Instead of helping us find a reasonable solution, we were told we would lose $800. What upset me the most was how we were treated when we tried to discuss the situation. The staff spoke to us in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner and made us feel like our concerns did not matter. We were simply trying to understand the policy and find a fair solution, but the conversation was handled very poorly. After spending thousands of dollars, I expected much better customer service, communication, and respect. Unfortunately, this experience left us frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend this store based on the way we were treated. They also said that they have sale 70% when you go inside it will be 60% when you go nearby customer service it will be 50% and then when you pay for the furniture you’re gonna get zero discount
