Mattress Firm Riverbank

We recently visited the store to purchase a new king mattress specifically one that could comfortably handle our grandkids inevitably sneaking into bed with us and the entire experience was truly wonderful from start to finish. Stephanie was incredibly kind and attentive. She noticed our grandkids getting a little restless and, without hesitation, offered them lollipops to keep them happily occupied. That small gesture meant so much to us and really set the tone for how thoughtful and family friendly the staff is. Shane was equally amazing. He provided such informative, educational service and made the whole process completely stress-free. He connected instantly with my husband, they found they had so much in common and that relatability made what can often be an overwhelming purchase feel easy and even enjoyable. Shane took the time to really understand our needs and helped us feel confident and excited about our decision. Thanks to Stephanie and Shane, buying our new mattress was not only smooth but genuinely enjoyable. We left feeling taken care of and so happy with our new king mattress. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience purchasing our mattress, foundation, sheets, and protective cover at Mattress Firm. From the moment we entered the store we were kindly greeted by Mike and informed on any promotions or details we needed to navigate the collection. We browsed the store freely without pressure and when we found a mattress we both liked, Mike was great about setting up our delivery, taking our old mattress, and setting our expectations for how our mattress will break in. We were very satisfied with Mike’s service, expertise, and the selection of the store. Our order was delivered today and it went great! Everyone has been super professional, courteous, and careful to make sure we received what we needed and when we needed it. Can’t recommend Riverbank’s Mattress Firm and the good people who work there more. They are amazing.

Shane made the process very easy. He was extremely helpful in directing us to the most comfortable mattress within our budget. Very happy with the customer service as well as the product.

First off, if you go in, ask for Mike!! I was super nervous about being misled and overpaying for a mattress that would end up failing me. Mike asked the right questions to figure out exactly what I needed, answered all my questions, and was incredibly honest and down-to-earth the entire time. It took him about 15 minutes to get me the right mattress and provide all the details I wanted to know. No pushing me towards overly expensive mattresses, just real conversation, straight to the point. I highly recommend Mike & this location. My mattress gets delivered for free in 2 days. I think i spent like 2 weeks checking online??? Mike gets you right! Now if the mattress fails me i’ll come back to this review but I highly doubt it lol

I was greeted with a warm welcome and smiles. Shane was wonderful in showing my Son the various beds and having him lay on them and understand what he was looking for. Shane was helpful in helping us find a budget friendly purchase that maintained quality in the forever mattress we hope this one will be.
