I have bought two mattresses at this jurupa Valley location One last year and I can’t remember the name of the sales person who was extremely helpful and kind made it very efficient. And today, December 2025 I went in and bought A mattress from a helpful man named Kevin, He was also very kind and helpful, knowledgeable, and pretty efficient. I was pressed for time both times and I got in and out with what I needed within 30 minutes to be honest as a mom press for time efficiency means everything.
View on GoogleThis was my first experience at Mattress Firm. The sales man Marcos was busy but took the time to greet us as we walked in. We considered just looking around and laying down on different type of mattresses. When we had the opportunity to talk with Marcos and get more information, the decision was a bit easier. The purchase was made and next day delivery from Mattress Firm.
View on GoogleI went to the store in Rancho Cucamonga looking for some purple pillows. I found the ones that I wanted but they were not on sale so I gave my information to the store manager Felipe to call me if they were to go on sale. To my surprise after two months he called me to inform me that the pillows were discontinued and they were on sale. I was able to get the pillows that I wanted for a great price. He went above and beyond with his service to save my information and following up to let me know about the pillows being on sale. I was not expecting this after two months. I am extremely satisfied with his commitment and follow through. I would definitely recommend the Rancho Cucamonga store due to his commitment on customer service.
View on GoogleCelina was great! She asked us questions about how we sleep and showed us multiple mattresses that could accommodate our needs/ wants. She was very knowledgeable about the differences and similarities between the brands and styles we looked at. If we ever need another mattress in the future we would definitely shop with her.
View on GoogleWe were due for a new mattress set and returned to Mattress Firm because our first experience was so wonderful. Kim again was very helpful. He explained different options on mattresses and frames. We chose an adjustable frame this time. He worked diligently to help us get the best value. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase a more expensive mattress or frame. We highly recommend Mattress Firm when considering a mattress purchase.
