Mattress Firm Signature Village

Frederick the salesman was knowledgeable and fantastic. He was friendly but not high pressure. Great store with lots of choices depending on your budget. Way better than buying online which we did before this and hated the mattress. Now super happy and we can return it within 120 days if we are not happy.

Spoke with Frederick told him what I was looking for since I prefer an extra firm mattress and I have a split king he steered me in the right direction because all the other mattresses were too soft. Had to go back within 120 days since I am a short person and I needed a stool to climb into bed, he is replacing the boxspring with the 4 inch box spring instead of the 9 inch which was sent to me makes getting into bed a little easier but when you get up during the night and have to look for that stool to get off the bed. It’s a lot less dangerous so Frederick was right there and very helpful as was the rest of the staff great place to shop

We were greted with a welcoming smile by our sales associate, Lisa. She invited us to sit and discuss what exactly we were looking for. On this trip we wanted quality pillows. We were able to try out several different styles and explained to about the differences in the pillows. As any good sales person would do, she also asked about our mattress, and from there we ended up purchasing a great set of quality sheets and a high end mattress pad. I would highly recommend Lisa, as she knows her stuff, and is not pushy, but is educating. Stores need these kinds of associates.

I bought my mattress at mattress firm 4681 E SR44 WILDWOOD FL. BUBBA LASS was my serviceman. The whole time was professional. BUBBA was, What do you want and need? No pressure take your time. Gave ideas and suggestions. BUBBA IS A GREAT ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY. MY SISTERS AND I WERE VERY PLEASED. I LEARNED ABOUT BUBBA BECAUSE WE PURCHASED FROM HIM BEFORE.I REALLY ENJOYED HIM AND THERESTOF THE STAFF WBO OPENED THE DOOR AS WE WERE LEAVINGI WOULD REFER HI. TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

Excellent experience with Matthew at this Mattress Firm location. He was highly knowledgeable, offered very good recommendations, used his expertise for analysis of the best fitting mattresses and adjustable base systems, was patient and pleasant, and overall was very helpful. The store has a wide variety of mattress options and choices, an abundance of test mattresses, and very good financing terms. Overall a wonderful job by Matthew and a great experience for us.
