Mattress Firm Southeast Military

Julz was absolutely wonderful. We went in on a tight budget, thinking we knew what we needed. After speaking to her, trying out multiple beds and discussing the differences and why we are feeling the way we do after sleeping, we realized we needed better. I felt like we had an odd situation with our sleeping arrangements, and she reassured us that we are not alone, and a lot of people decide to do what we were thinking about doing for better sleep. We ended up getting financed with an incredibly low payment, and getting everything we needed and some things we didn't realize we needed. She wasn’t pushy, or tried to sell us things we didn’t need. It was always our choice. That was really comforting. We will definitely be back to see her when our guest bedroom needs an upgrade as well as our college daughter’s room for when she comes home. Thank you so much!

Corey when to above and beyond, since the minute we walked into the store to help us find the exact mattress system and bed. We needed, he was very professional, found us the proper financing. We were able to buy sheets, protectors, and overall completely satisfied. He's an asset to your sales team for doing a great job. Taking care of the customer with his one priority and he did it at a very high standard. My hat is off to Corey. Thank you again!

Chris was very informative and helpful with our purchase. He made everything easy to understand and my husband and left feeling happy and excited about our purchase. He is also very professional and also gave credit to Keoka who initially helped us over a month ago. Again thank you both for being great and having wonderful customer skills.

We stopped just to check out the foam mattresses, looking for one for a Murphy bed. The salesperson Montrail was ver helpful, telling us the differences between different products and pulling them out for a try. We ended up with a comfortable mattress for our guests.

I do not enjoy shopping. Sales people always want to tell me what I need.. but Julz was a refreshing change. She listened and provided options that worked for me. She was honest and professional... she also gave me a great deal on an adjustable mattress frame.
