How much can I declare the total AWESOMENESS of Duane Guillory and the delivery team at Mancini's World, Stockton? Not nearly enough!!! AND I would give Mancini's more than FIVE STARS if I could. I was so overwhelmed with buying a new mattress and bedframe that I literally put it off for two years. I didn't want to go into a store. I have had too many poor experiences with mattress stores in the past and was dreading the thought of it, but knew I had to do it. I saw an ad for Mancini's on tv, took a deep breath and called the closest store, Stockton, and was immediately treated like royalty by Mr. Duane Guillory. He took all the time I needed to help me choose the BEST mattress for my needs and ordered the perfect platform bedframe I wanted! From beginning to end, Duane kept me updated on delivery of both, and then checked to make sure both were received, and that I was totally happy. He made that job his sole responsibility!! The delivery teams were professional, kind and oh so speedy!!! They were in and out in no time and left nothing behind!! I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT hesitate to reach out to Mancini's in Stockton, Duane Guillory in particular. He will take care of your bedding needs with professionalism, care, and utmost excellent customer service. THANKS AGAIN, DUANE!!! I will recommend you to ANYONE who tells me they need a new bed!!!
