Mattress Firm Brentwood

****update, we had called to remind them that we were supposed to receive an extra complementary pillow, they had us speak with a manager and sent us this one. Very disappointed, They are allowing an exchange but I question their quality control and integrity.**** My husband and I had a great experience purchasing our new mattress. We were greeted by Kaley, who's incredibly kind and knowledgeable and completely non-pushy! We were allowed to take our time and lay on every bed—and she even made our 8-year-old feel welcome doing the same. After asking a bunch of questions we went home a researched our decision only to return within hours to make a purchase. If youre looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience to purchase a new mattress, ask for Kaley!

The idea of buying a new mattress is overwhelming with so much variety out there. Nia made the process so easy and was great to work with. The delivery team was wonderful! Very professional! It all went so smoothly.

I have to definitely get a round applause to Kaylee she’s absolutely professional and always 100% service excellent excellence! she goes over Beyond to do the best to make sure that’s clear communication and that the customer is truly satisfied and happy. it’s extremely hard to find good customer service so it’s a big blessing that she helped us and went through lots of channels to make sure that we have what we need when I have absolutely no experience with purchasing high quality mattresses hands of applause!

April the manager gets these 5 Stars!! My wife and I walked into Mattress Firm to just try the out a similar mattress that we saw at Costco. We had every intention to try it and then go to Costco and buy it! From the moment we walked in April was helpful and not pushy at all! She is super knowledgeable about all the mattresses in the store. She was truly helpful!! After fitting my wife and I for the perfect mattress, we ended up purchasing it! We also ended up buying the adjustable base. I highly recommend having April fit you for your perfect mattress!!

I had an Excellent experience at Mattress Firm Brentwood. I was greeted pleasantly by Neah whom listened carefully to my needs and wants. She was never pushy throughout my time spent there. I tried several beds. Different frames were offered. I figured out everything I wanted and Neah printed out a quote. I could then have my Son get back to her when it was convenient for him. Thank you for being so nice and for making things so easy .
