I had an exceptional experience at Mattress Firm on Lake Street thanks to Bauddio Ramirez. He assisted me with returning a defective mattress and made what could have been a frustrating process completely seamless. Bauddio was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly informative every step of the way. He took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured I felt confident and taken care of throughout the entire process. What truly stood out was his positive attitude—he was genuinely a joy to deal with and clearly takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. It’s rare to encounter someone so attentive and customer-focused. I also want to thank Jaren for his support and assistance—he was equally helpful and contributed to the smooth experience. Highly recommend this location, and especially Bauddio, for anyone looking for top-tier service

I initially had a positive experience with Christopher Rieland when purchasing a mattress and frame. However, when I returned for a refund—after realizing it was over my budget and I’d still need to buy a headboard—he pressured me to exchange about four or five times. I explained multiple times it was my financial decision. His demeanor shifted, and I felt he was upset with my choice. He even said I’d get scammed elsewhere. He didn’t explain the refund process clearly, just told me I could leave. Overall, I felt that was unprofessional.

There ended up being a mistake with my order, and they worked with me extensively to make sure it was remedied. Things that impressed me were that they followed through with communication, receipts, and transparency. I had made purchases with from this store before, and will continue to do so.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Mattress Firm on West Lake Street. I came in ready to purchase a mattress and was treated with an extremely rude and dismissive attitude by the salesperson. Instead of helping me, answering questions, or guiding me through options, he acted like he did not want to sell anything at all. His tone was unprofessional, impatient, and unwelcoming. As a customer who was prepared to buy, I felt completely disrespected. Customer service is everything in retail, and unfortunately, this location failed badly. If someone does not enjoy helping customers, they should not be working in a sales position. I will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it based on my experience.

Easy in and out. Ben had everything I needed. He even helped me carry it out to the car! Bought a Sealy memory foam mattress in-a-box for a great price, and its very comfortable for side sleepers.
