To begin, we shopped several bed stores. At MatressFIRM, Thomas was extremely informative and patient as we asked many questions and tried several beds and even pillows. When it came time to purchase, he explained all the pertinent options and made sure we got the best deal and the bed we wanted. A GREAT experience overall!
View on GoogleCory was fantastic to work with. He explained all the options in my price range. The whole process was professional and friendly. Had a lovely conversation with Cory and Johnny that made the shopping experience even better. Thanks gents!!
View on GoogleWent in with an exact idea of what I was looking for and range of what I was willing to pay. Jonny was very knowledgeable on the products and did an excellent job of listening and suggesting what might meet my needs. I ended up spending much more than I had intended, but pricing was fair and with the interest free financing a very worthwhile investment. I’m very pleased with the experience and looking forward to getting my new bedding system.
View on GoogleJonny was so kind and helpful as we were looking for new pillows. He was patient and offered a variety of options for us to try on a similar Stearns and Foster bed as ours. When we went in we initially had our mind set on the Sleepy’s charcoal activated pillow and instead went home with the Sleepy’s foam cooling. Same great brand but better option to fit our needs and wants. Thats the guy who knows his stuff about sleep comfort! We now have a better night sleep and no neck pain to look forward to every night.
View on GoogleI needed a new mattress and box spring. I chose Mattress Firm after doing some research online on various mattresses. I definitely wanted a high quality mattress that gives good support to my neck, back, and hips. Thomas was the salesman who helped me find the perfect set for me. He was knowledgeable about the different brands, and had me try out the various ones for comfort and support as I am a side sleeper. After some thought , and learning of Mattress Firms credit card deal of 6 yrs 0 % financing, I decided to buy a Temper-Pedic mattress & box spring. I never thought I'd have a Temper'Pedic! Delivery is in 2 days. I couldn't be more happier with my selection and I'm grateful for Thomas's expertise in helping me choose a new mattress & box spring. Thank you Thomas!
