I’ve ordered plenty of furniture from this place never had any issues until now. I ordered a bedroom set three months ago my bedroom set arrived within 3 weeks but with scratches all over and dents not to mention I ordered the color in brown and received black furniture. I was not going to take it back due to me not having a bed or dresser I was told it would take longer to re-order. Then my mirror did not arrive and till this day I have not received it. I’ve been told by staff many different dates when it will arrive. Staff seems to not even care. And for me to be paying almost $3000 for something that it damaged and for me to not have product is a disaster. I will never order anything again from this place.

If I could give 0 stars trust me, I would! We originally had a great experience with this place when I purchased my vanity months ago. Unfortunately, we purchased a sofa and entertainment center almost 6 weeks ago and have not received our furniture! I wouldn't be so upset if they at least communicated with us on the delay however we are getting nothing but crickets from them! Everytime we call we get spoken to very rudely as if we are bothering them when we are just simply trying to find out when we can get what we paid for! Makes sense though since they work with Ashley Furniture and they are the worst also! Don't believe the fake front they put on, they are just trying to get sales! SPEND YPUR HARD EARNED MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

I came in to Furniture Depot hoping to find the perfect bed set for college and I am pleased to say i found the perfect one at a great price! Not only was Mrs. Lori extremely funny, but she had the greatest personality too! I am greatful for the customer service I received.

The store was having s great sale and the showroom looked fantastic! Lori is awesome! She helped me with everything I was looking for, with no pressure on me, she knew all of the inventory and she is also super nice!! I never buy furniture anywhere else because of people like Lori! Kudos to Mattress Furniture Depot for their wonderful associates and great mattresses and furniture!!
