Walked in looking for a mattress and walked out with a great one! My first time in the store too! Shout out to Jaime for letting us look and feel around without any pressure. Great prices and options I would definitely recommend! Buying my mattresses here from now on, no doubt!

View on GoogleThe manager hires men to come to your house to demand a repo if you miss payments by forgetting. No notifications, calls, or text messages asking for payment just two trained to be rude men smiling that they are there to collect your product. I worked out to pay my mattress sooner so I agreed to pay more monthly and I offered automatic payments as a solution. The manager agrees to a certain amount to be taken out of your bank monthly, but they will take out more and then say it’s because My payment got declined. That’s not how charges or invoices work. If a payment doesn’t go through it won’t go through. I agreed to be charged $200 a month but got charged $86 then $147 a few days later. The manager will not be forgiving of rude behavior from his employees and will only defend his position. It didn’t matter to me, I have enough to cover the total cost of the mattress, I would only appreciate a text message at least notifying me when collections will be made since I have so many payments to keep track of. The positive reviews are bribes for a free pillow when you first purchase your product. If you do buy a mattress from them, get a name brand you trust not what they offer, mark ups, bad quality that degrades in less than a year, and bad customer service. I’m glad I paid my mattress off sooner to not have to speak to or hear the managers voice again.
View on GoogleJamie the store manager was super helpful and nice. He let us try the mattresses and explained their durability. There was no pressure to buy right away. Another perk is the no credit financing. Super easy. Free next day delivery a plus. Will be going back.
View on GoogleI gave this store a 5* because honestly, there customer service is always on point! Well the HARLINGEN store that is! JAIME is always helpful making every purchase I’ve ever made with them easy! There mattresses last a long while and they also always have great deals 🙂 I can’t honestly say I am happy customer and satisfied with my purchases!
