They told me they would call on delivery info three times. They NEVER called. When they finally delivered, the plastic was torn off, and they sold me an almost 2 year old mattress. I'm not happy with them at all! Today, march 13th,I received a call from someone explaining the situation. They said they thought I wanted an old mattress from the warehouse. I told them I purchased a NEW mattress, and that's what I want. I want the full 5 year warranty, not a 3 year warranty for an old mattress. I made sure they understood I wanted a new soft pillow top. They said they would. I said I would give a good review when I receive a new mattress. Looks like they are trying to do right. We shall see.UPDATE... March 18th. I was promised they would call to keep me updated, not one call, been a week. I'm elderly, disabled and they took advantage of me it looks like! Well today is March 23, still not a single word from them! Looks like they scammed me out of money. They DO NOT keep their word!!! Worst of all, this mattress is sunk in! Looks worse in person! Today on 3-25 I received my new mattress. It looks better. Although employees don't return calls, and sell old mattresses, the owner made everything right. May need better employees?

I recently purchased a king-size mattress, rails, and box springs from Mattress Gallery in Murray, KY. While the in-store staff treated me respectfully and offered helpful guidance, the overall experience fell short — especially for a purchase over $2,700.
The salesperson gave me a specific delivery date, but the mattress didn't arrive on time. Only afterward did I learn it was shipping from Jamison in Ohio — something they never mentioned during the sale. A simple explanation upfront would have helped me plan and set realistic expectations.
When the mattress finally arrived, the delivery team used a small pickup truck, not a proper delivery vehicle. The delivery crew strapped the king-size box springs and mattress flat in the open bed. That method looked unprofessional and felt inappropriate for such a large and expensive item.
The biggest issue came with the product quality. The box spring arrived with the bottom fabric partially unattached as if someone missed stapling the frame during production. The mattress stitching looked sloppy, with loose, exposed threads at the top. If I tried to cut the threads, they would unravel even more — which made me seriously question whether the bed was brand new.
Ultimately, I am disappointed by the lack of communication, the poor execution of delivery, and the questionable condition of the product. For the price I paid, I expected far better from both Jamison and Mattress Gallery.

Great mattress selection. Very friendly staff. Chase was a wonderful salesman. He took the time to talk about all the available options in mattresses and financing availability.

Bought an expensive mattress and the first night 150 lbs. caved in one side. Husband went to store, they were super rude. They called to apologize and it took weeks to get a replacement. This is the most uncomfortable mattress with lumps, not like the show room models. Would give less than 1 star .

Went in today to look at mattresses. Nice selection and good prices. We ended up buying a king set. Chase was extremely helpful, you are very lucky to have such a great employee. We will defitenly be back for our next purchase and will spread the word how great of a store Mattress Gallery is.
