Invoice for order 498727 Order Date: June 26, 2026 . We selected 14 linear feet from the drop down which doubled our price. Also pretty shady that the customer invoice does not show the linear feet selected, convenient for you. Paid for 14 Linear Feet but Received Only 10.83 Feet of Padded Material We ordered this product for a custom mattress area measuring 57 × 80 inches. We selected 14 linear feet because we needed enough material to cover the entire length of the mattress. Selecting 14 feet caused the price in our cart to nearly double, so we reasonably believed we were paying a premium to receive the full amount of usable coverage we ordered. What arrived were two padded sections measuring approximately 38 × 65 inches each. That equals only 130 combined linear inches, or 10.83 linear feet of actual padded material—not the 14 linear feet we paid for. That is a difference of 38 inches, or more than 3 linear feet. To properly cover an 80-inch-long mattress, the two sections should have been approximately 38.5 × 80 inches each. Two 80-inch sections would total 160 linear inches, which is still within the 168 linear inches represented by a 14-foot order. When we contacted customer support, we were told that the attached fabric “flaps” were supposedly included in the measurements and that we should turn the sections sideways. Those flaps are only thin cloth, not the padded product we believed we were purchasing. Turning the pieces sideways also leaves us without padded coverage along the full 80-inch length of our mattress. The product description and ordering system were misleading, and customer service refused to acknowledge the shortage of usable padded material. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company. Carefully verify exactly how they calculate “linear feet” before ordering, because you may receive substantially less usable product than expected.

We had a custom mattress made and it is outstanding. Great quality and shipped quick! Mattress Insider was easy to talk to and were able to make my custom size. The CEO of the company called me twice, 1st thanking me for my order and again to tell me the mattress had ship. If you need a mattress for your RV, I highly recommend Mattress Insider! We inherited a 200+ yr old 3/4 full rope bed that was my wife's great great great great grandparents (family has been here pre-revolutionary war) many decades ago it was converted from a rope bed to be used with a box spring and mattress. We had a box made and Mattress Insider advised to go with the 9 inch inner spring mattress. It arrived within 2 weeks, perfect condition, and perfect fit. We could not be happier.

I have ordered online and the ease of ordering was incredible to say the least. The quality of the product is as good or better than anything on the market. Customer service Katherine can't say enough good things about her and employees are a direct reflection of the overall business. That being said I am a customer for life.

I own a pullout bed from This End Up that we purchased in1992. Finding a mattress was challenging, given the size specifications until I fell upon Mattress Insider. Delivery was better then expected due to the harsh weather throughout the east coast. When I contacted customer service about my mattress, they were so pleasant and professional! A quick shout out to the CEO of the company. He left messages on my phone to let me know he appreciated the order and he would be available to ask any questions I have. Now that is customer service at a high level! I purchased the The Elation Mattress - 64" x 72 so my 83 year old mother could sleep better. She is so thankful and ecstatic about the level of comfort and sleep she now enjoys. Great product, great leadership, and a great company. I highly recommend them!!
