The whole experience was fantastic. Debbie at the store was friendly and professional. The delivery was quick and easy. They gave us 24 hours notice for a two hour delivery window. Called 30 minutes before they arrived. Took old mattress and box spring and left within 10 minutes. Would definitely buy again.

Showroom was great, knowledgeable staff. Delivery was the reason for the lowered mark. I had an Emergengy with my younger brother that put my delivery window into jeopardy. They bumped my delivery time up by one hour. I was sitting at my brother's oral surgery office. They wanted to come but I was still.sitting there. So they cancelled me. As it ended up i ended up getting home before 1:30 which was the time they wanted to come. My original appointment window was from 2:30-4:30. I then had to wait til Thursday cause of their mishandling on Tuesday. The men were on time and professional on Thursday and I finally got to enjoy my new mattress.

Horrible experience with this company. Sold us a mattress that they said was their version of Sealy mattress. Wasn’t even close, refused to give refund, or even trade, rude customer service. Have been letting everyone know to run away from this company. Told manger I was going to leave a poor review, she said go ahead I don’t care.

Our salesman Marc was excellent and answered our questions and ask great questions for us so we can make an informed decision. The delivery guys were quick courteous, and cheerful . They gave us a demonstration on how to use the remote . Our 1st night sleep was exactly what we expected, what a nice upgrade . Thank you Mattress King
