Jose is rude if you’re not purchasing a mattress with him he’ll treat you like trash. Trying to exchange a mattress I purchased 11 months ago. And he refuses to pick up the phone when I call. The young lady there is very nice but you’re on your own contacting the manufacture yourself. I will never refer or purchase a mattress from them ever. We’re stuck with a defective mattress and now we will have to go purchase a whole new one!!! Still waiting for them to fill out my rebate three months later, nothing!!!

Jose aleman gave us the best mattress buying experience we could ever have. My husband and I have been stalling on buying a mattress and we finally built the courage to get one after our mattress finally gave out. Walking in we had no idea what to even look for and were even hesitant to get on the beds. Jose made us feel as if we were at home and encouraged us to try the mattresses until we found the one for us and the way we sleep. Sleep is important and now we really can say we get an awesome nights sleep 😴 💯

What a pleasant experience. Jose Aleman was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. We went in the store just to look and ended up buying a TP mattress. He was even smart enough to advise us to buy a split base in case in the future we needed split mattresses. Highly recommend this store. Great prices and amazing customer service. 5 stars!!!!!
