We had such a fantastic experience at Mattress Lab! The owner was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect mattress. We absolutely loved the personalized approach and the unique experiment of testing out different options—it made the process so much fun and informative. Great experience from trying out the different mattresses to delivery and set up. Ryan was very patient with all of our questions and gave us all the pros and cons of the mattresses we looked at. Darah communicated well with us and answered additional questions. She was very helpful. Rafael delivered and set up our mattresses. He was very punctual and thorough with the delivery. I would highly recommend Mattress Lab for their expertise and customer support!

Our experience at MattressLab was nothing short of exceptional. After a year of frustrating shopping at other mattress stores ( aka “mattress hell"), Ryan’s expertise and patience was very much appreciated. Ryan, the owner, took a completely different approach from the high-pressure sales tactics we'd encountered elsewhere. Instead of pushing us toward the most expensive options, he listened carefully to our needs and preferences. His consultative approach made us feel respected and understood. He explained the differences between mattress types, materials, and support systems in a way that was easy to understand. There was never any rush or pressure—just honest guidance to help us make the best decision for our sleep needs. From the moment I walked into the Mattress Lab store in Fort Mill, I felt comfortable because of the welcome I received from Darah, the store's manager. She was warm and also very knowledgeable, interested in what I had to say more than trying to talk me into buying a mattress from her. How refreshing! She followed up throughout the next two weeks and the mattress arrived without any issues. The delivery father/son team (Raphael and D'Roberto) was also very efficient and gracious. As a consumer I appreciate good customer service. I couldn't be more pleased. I am even more comfortable at night with my PLANK mattress from BROOKLYN BEDS AND MATTRESS LAB.

We bought a mattress on July 4th weekend. The team was excellent in making sure we found the right mattress. We were told 2 weeks for delivery. Due to circumstances outside of mattress' lab control, the delivery was delayed. The team communicated with us and let us know what was going on and even ensured we got our mattress earlier than anticipated. Great store and great mattresses!
