Went in on a Saturday morning. The bed was delivered the same evening, set up and the old mattress hauled away. Roger was very informative, accommodating, polite, kind, and efficient. He and his helper were very professional upon arrival and set to put up our new bed. Small selection but premium mattresses. So comfy. It was an easy buy for us. They have financing too.

We had such a wonderful experience here! The owner was incredibly kind, respectful, and patient, taking the time to answer all of our questions and work through our concerns. He treated me, my fiancé, and our 5-year-old son with such warmth—it truly felt like supporting a genuine family business. Even though they were about to close when we called, he stayed open later just so we could come in, and on top of that, he arranged same-day delivery right after we purchased our mattress. That kind of dedication and customer care is rare to find these days. I can’t recommend this place enough—absolutely 10/10 (more like 10000/10)! If you’re looking for quality products and even better service, this is the place to go! 😊

It was a great experience. Quality products. The delivery and set up was amazing, Rodger respected our home and had his employees take their shoes off when entering. ( it was raining that Saturday. ) thank you Roger for for the professional service!

I shopped around at Mathis, Bob Mills and Amazon before driving by Mattress Outlet and stopping in. I was able to get the same mattress for literally $400 less than the cheapest of those 3 and with the money saved I was able to also buy a full for my guest bedroom. As a person with serious buyers remorse, Roger was very patient and educated me about mattresses. I never felt rushed or pressured. It was a nice change of pace.
