Shopping with Mattress Plus was a positive experience. The associate in the store was helpful in picking out the proper mattress. Because the one I chose was not in stock, it took 2 weeks to get the mattress. I was disappointed in the moment but I certainly understood. They delivered it literally two weeks to the day! .. like they said they would. I should also mention that they called the day prior to schedule a time to bring the new mattress. The delivery crew was efficient. They not only arrived early, they did their job quickly, paying attention not to break anything in my home. They carried the old mattress out to the curb to be picked up by the trash service. They were personable and very friendly. Overall it was a positive shopping experience. I recommend Mattress Plus!

We got a last minute call telling us that my mother, who has dementia, needed to come and live with us asap. We did not have a bed for her and rushed out to get one, but it was way past closing time. The owner, Bart, saw us and opened up the store, helped us select a bed, and gave us a fair price. This is customer service. He was patient and kind and we couldn’t have asked for better service.

This store has a large selection of mattresses at every price point. There were enough options that I actually had a tough time choosing. I walked into a different mattress store the day before and did not care for any of the mattresses or prices. We had great customer service here as well.

Mattress Plus has the best selection of mattresses and beds. Bart helped us get the bed of our dreams! The bed was delayed for the original delivery date. Bart knew we moved here from out of State with no bed, so he had his delivery driver, deliver a bed and box spring to get us through. Bart kept the lines of communication open even when he was out of State on vacation. On the status of our bed. Even with Bart being away, His team took great care of us delivering our dream bed and setting it up! Kudos for a job well done You all are the BEST from store employees to Delivery Driver. Keep up the GOOD work.
