Mattress Ranch - Fairbanks

Excellent customer service. They had exactly what we were looking for. The new store looks great as well as the parking lot.

We had a great experience especially with the help of Joel. He was amazing. He asked us how we sleep and what we like and gave us his honest opinion. He stepped away when we were trying out the beds and answered all of our questions. I definitely recommend coming here if it’s your first time buying a bed!

Such a relief! I wish I remembered the man's name in the store!! He wasn't pushy but very inviting, and then he gave us space to try the hybrid mattresses. He was very knowledgeable! Phew! It stinks getting overwhelmed by all the choices but the man there selling them knew his stuff! Answering every question patiently and thoroughly. My fiance and I settled on a mattress and all the trimmings, went to the U-HAUL 5 minutes away, and hauled it to North Pole :) I am so happy with our experience and our purchase. I can hear my fiance snoring away in the background after setting up the bed :) Thanks again Mattress Ranch! Affordable, Quick, and Easy to Understand :) They definitely have a new customer for life!

My wife went when I was at work to scout out a new mattress when we were moving into our new apartment at the beginning of this year. She said the gentleman that helped her was super helpful and helped her get an idea of what we were looking for. I came back with her on the weekend and he was happy to run us through the options again and make sure we picked something that worked for us. The prices are super reasonable compared to a few other places in town and the customer service was amazing. He helped us load up our new mattress and we were on our way, definitely check this place out if you're in the need of a new sleeping setup

I’ve been to this establishment a few times to purchase mattresses and the service is always great. The older gentleman is super helpful.
