Mattress Today Kent- BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

This Is a very late review, but better late than never! It was actually a great experience, walked in looking for a twin size bed for my son and there were 3 different options. My son was able to lay in the beds to see which he liked best. We picked one out, paid for it, and it was delivered to us that same day! Excellent services. And the warranty is great. Definitely recommend and we will continue coming back.

I first reached out to Bob on Offer Up. He got back to me almost immediately. I had several questions. He was patient and took the time to make sure I had all the info I needed. He gave me his personal number so it was easy to reach him up until our appointment. He got right back to me with any extra questions I had. There was no leading us on or gas lighting. He gave us straight answers and was upfront about everything. When the appointment day came, everything went exactly how he said it would. He even helped is with tips to get the best deal that we could so we could walk away with what we wanted. About 5 hours after our meet our new bed arrived!!! I have a feeling tonight is going to be the best night sleep ive had in awhile. The payment plan is set up so good for what your budget is. There are options to not pay all the interest if you are interested in early pay off. I would definitely recommend this company, particularly Bob, to any friend or family. If you are looking for a great bed, at an awesome price, and someone who isn't pushy or trying to spin you around, it's definitely the place to go. Thank you again for your excellent and considerate service!

I'm very happy with the service I received. Kind and professional staff. I called and was able to get an appointment on the same day, though I know at times they can be busy. I was able to find exactly what I needed within my budget and it came with a warranty! I highly recommend this store, and will refer anyone I know if the subject comes up of needing a new mattress/bed. I paid in full, but they offer a good payment plan that doesn't require good credit.

Bob was extremely friendly and helpful to me and my wife. We walked in with no appointment and he was still accepting of us. The mattresses are quality and fair priced. The delivery was also same day. I will be shopping here when it comes time for another mattress.

Bob was very helpful with finding us the perfect mattress. He explained every one to us and let us know the prices of everything. He let us walk around and try out the mattresses and let us know if he had any of the mattresses we liked that were in stock. He helped us find the right one that was in budget. He even offered to deliver it to us the same day!
