Don and his staff are awesome! Extremely knowledgeable and patient with me as I navigated my purchase and believe me, it took some time! I spent hours in the store and never felt pressured. They answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. Seriously one of the best experiences in mattress shopping I’ve ever had. Recommend Mattress Unboxed wholeheartedly!!! Thank you for great service!!
View on GoogleGreat local mattress store in Loveland! Amazing customer service, fair pricing, and a lot of options. Mattress Unboxed really takes the time to help you choose the right bed. Will definitely be back for future purchases. Thank you Don and Melody !
View on GoogleSo great I went back a second time! They have a better mattress selection than the big name places, and have a great price range and are extremely knowledgeable and relatable on your needs. I was looking for something a bit unusual, but the staff there knew exactly what I needed almost right away, and it was the perfect choice!
View on GoogleJust opened! Don helped us navigate between several popular "online" brands. After lying on a few, we changed our choice (from Bear to Helix). It was great to discuss the options with a super knowledgeable, helpful, low pressure sales person. Also, so much easier than guessing, purchasing, buying online, then being unhappy and debating the difficulty of returning a massive mattress.
