Mattress Warehouse of Glendale

Rosa, Alex & Michelle were a terrific trio of advisors with Rosa taking the lead role. From beginning to Alex writing up the order, every step was professional, friendly and timely. Highly recommend for mattress, pillow and assorted items. Bedmatch diagnostic system was extremely helpful in the process of selecting the best mattress for my sleeping requirements.

You want a good mattress for a solid price? This is the place. You want outstanding customer service? This is the place. You want people who are absolutely, positively dedicated to making sure you get your mattress regardless of snow, rain, ice or their factory exploding? This. Is. The Place. Go in, see Adam or Amber, have the easiest time buying a mattress in your entire existence. 10/10 will buy all my mattresses here from now on.

Had a great experience here! Brand new to the area. Walked in with the family to pick out a new bed. Adam was patient during my indecisiveness and we got some excellent add-ons! We were even able to get a bed for my daughter at a special deal and Adam so graciously switched it out for a different size last minute as well! I ran into issues with Snap finance which is for the best because 100 days interest free is not a good option. Snap was impossible to work with. If you want interest free payments do it through the MW credit card which was a seamless experience. Amber and Adam were both amazing through this buying experience! Thank you!

I found a few mattresses online, but wasn't sure which one I should go with. All 3 were available at other stores in the area so I was able to test them all, but still couldn't decide. I saw Mattress Warehouse sold all 3, so I called and talked to Amber. She looked into all of them, asked all sorts of questions about our sleeping habits and our sizes and helped narrow down what our best option was. I went into the store the next week and placed our order with Adam. He was kind, recommended purchasing a mattress protector to ensure the warranty or sleep guarantee and waived our delivery fee. My delivery was a week out from placing my order. The day prior they gave me a 3 hour window, but on delivery day I could track my order on my phone and they narrowed it down to the half hour. The guys were in and out within 7 minutes. I will definitely shop here again when we upgrade our other mattresses.

James was awesome! He helped us pick out a great new mattress for our new home and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much!
