I had the distinct pleasure of working with salesperson Marcus today at Mattress Warehouse Hollymead. Marcus was everything you would hope for in a company representative: friendly, affable, knowledgeable, and efficient. He went the extra mile to ensure that I had timely delivery of the item I ordered. Marcus is a stellar representative of and a credit to Mattress Warehouse.

Marcus is AMAZING! My cousin and I walked inside just to look around and this man was up and at em’, he showed us all of the controls of the mattresses with remote controllers, has fantastic customer service skills, is practically a comedian (peak comedy dare I say), and is the definition of sunshines and rainbows. Marcus is a GOAT (greatest of all time) and he is my favorite employee of all time if I’m being completely honestly. He called me cool, funny, and RIGHT — this is a pure and honest man people. “Words are not enough to describe the man, the myth, the legend, Marcus. “ — My cousin and I. In conclusion, Marcus is an absolute G and I look forward to seeing this ray of light and unicorns yet again! PS — He better get a raise and at least a promotion, next time I walk into Mattress Warehouse of Hollymead it better be called Marcus’ Mattress Warehouse of Hollymead.

Marcus was exceptionally polite and patient. He took me through a wide range of options and it was a breeze. Easily one of the best salespeople I have ever worked with. If you are stressing about getting a new mattress and picking the right one I would definitely recommend visiting this place. 10/10 experience.
