Had a wonderful experience at the mattress warehouse! James assisted me and was incredibly courteous without being pushy. I even brought my kids along and he was so kind and patient with their wild energy. I’m thrilled with my new Beautyrest Series 3 and can’t wait for the first night’s sleep! Highly recommend!
View on GoogleWe walked in and Daphne knew exactly how to service us. She greates us and asked all the right questions! We bought a mattress same day because the price and customer service was inpeccable.
View on GoogleDaphne was very friendly and knowledgeable and led us to our perfect mattress. With the memorial day sale we were able to get a higher end mattress within our budget. Delivery was extremely fast and easy. Company offers price match and exchanges(if you buy their mattress protector) and a 8-10 year warranty. Be aware there are no returns only exchanges. Over all we are happy with our experience.
View on GoogleJames is knowledgeable about the product, no pressure, friendly and make you feel welcome. My wife and I drove over 25 miles, passing at least 50 mattress stores to get the BEST SERVICE and we will again. We are customers for life at the Mattress Warehouse of Lockport. Don't was your time or get a headache, go see James at the Mattress Warehouse. Jim G. Evergreen Park, Il
View on GoogleWe had the best experience at the Lockport location with Dan! He addressed our sleep issues and concerns and went from there. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the materials and types of mattresses that would address our needs. We can't wait for our new mattress to be delivered!
