We were kind of dreading shopping for a new mattress. So many different brands and styles!! However, Lindsay at Mattress Warehouse made the whole process easy! Lindsay listened carefully to what we both liked and felt we needed in a new mattress. She paid close attention to the way our bodies looked as we tried different mattresses. Were our spines aligned properly? Lindsay’s experience and professional opinion helped us pick the perfect mattress for us. And, the Serta mattress we chose was reasonably priced. William and his delivery teammate were pleasant and efficient with the delivery process. We really appreciate Mattress Warehouse being willing to deliver our mattress set 40 miles away in a different state! I highly recommend Mattress Warehouse of Mt. Very disappointed, prices were wrong on our sales receipt from what was quoted for cover and pillow. Received mattress and had cut in the bottom about 4-5 inches long and cut deep enough to put your pinky finger almost all the way in it. Received second mattress days later and hauled the other one away. No response to the email about pricing of the pillow being wrong. Stated in previous email they would correct the price of the mattress cover, but didn't know how long that would take. Seems they don't care, only after a sale....!
