Mattress Warehouse of Winston - Salem

We had a great experience at Mattress Warehouse of Winston-Salem! Scoot assisted us, and he was incredibly nice, polite, and patient throughout the whole process. He took the time to listen, answered all our questions, and never made us feel rushed. Thanks to him, my mom found the mattress of her "dreams" - literally! We walked out happy and confident with our purchase. Highly recommend this location, and definitely ask for Scoot if you're shopping for a mattress!

Be sure to ask for Rickey Miller he was extremely friendly and very informative. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the process easy and stress-free for me. I never felt rushed or pressured. A great experience from start to finish.

We visited Ricky at the mattress warehouse off of Hanes Mall Blvd after stopping by a number of other mattress stores in the area. Not only was he willing to confidently undercut the competition on the spot, but when my partner asked for a discount that I truly thought there was no way they’d be able to offer, he called his corporate manager and got it approved for us within minutes. Super pleasant to work with, was able to answer all of our many questions, and truly offered us the best deal in town. If you’re looking for a mattress in the triad area this would be my recommendation over anywhere else, hands down. Ask for Ricky :)

Exceptional level of customer service. Scott and Rickey identified our needs through a helpful in-house tool, years of experience and attention to details which whittled down the suggested mattresses from over 60 to approximately 8-10 choices. The level of attentiveness and care was abundant!

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Rickey to find the right mattress for me. He knowledgeably answered my questions and let me take all the time I needed to make a decision. It was nice not to be pressured or upsold.
