Mattress World of Kerrville

I ordered a king size mattress and box springs from Mattress world. Their sales staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. When my order came in, they called me the same day. I didn't call back for two days, but when I did, they had the mattress and box springs delivered to me on the same day by two very helpful gentlemen: James and Bryden. James and Bryden were professional, thorough, friendly, and absolutely no mess was left behind! The whole delivery took maybe ten minutes as these fellows definitely know what they are doing. All in all it was an excellent experience and I would gladly purchase from Mattress World of Kerrville again!

Melissa, James, Tommy and Spencer offer top customer service and go above and beyond to help you find the right mattress. Consider checking out their bed bases as well while in their store. We love our new mattress and base combo. There are fantastic adjustable bases with zero gravity, sound therapy, massage and other features. It enhances the entire mattress/sleep/lounge experience. We have been long time customers of Mattress World for good reason. Locally-owned family business that provides professional service and high quality mattresses. Highly recommend them over other big box options!

Only the best things to say about this independently owned mattress shop. I was not rushed to make a decision but invited to spend time trying and spending time laying on each mattress. Info on every aspect was shared.old mattress taken and new one delivered that day.

I couldn’t be more impressed with Mattress World in Kerrville. The customer service is genuinely top-notch, and it extends far beyond the store. James and Melissa have shown exceptional generosity within the community, donating mattresses and bedding to those who lost so much in the recent flood, no questions asked. Their kindness and willingness to support neighbors in need speaks volumes about the heart behind this business. Their selection of products is absolutely superb—whether you’re looking for something plush, firm, or anything in between, they truly have it all. What really sets them apart, though, is their knowledgeable team. They take the time to understand your needs, explain the differences between models, and guide you toward the perfect choice without any pressure. If you’re in the market for a new mattress—and want to support a store that truly gives back—Mattress World in Kerrville is the place to go. Highly recommended!
