Mel Hanks & Sons

Excellent customer service and extremely knowledgeable staff. We were looking for a Speed Queen washer and dryer set and called to see if they carried this brand. Not only did they carry it, they had exactly what we wanted in stock and ready to take home. They answered our questions, walked us through installation and made sure we had all the parts and hoses we needed. They even installed the correct dryer plug for us. Highly recommended, we will be back for our future furniture needs.

Great sales person. The installers were fantastic and did a great job. We’ll be back.

Mel Hanks and Sons sells quality products at a great price. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They do delivery and setup as well, and I am very satisfied with the bed frame we purchased for my daughter. Don’t hesitate to give them a try.

All I can say is this is the best furniture store I’ve ever been to. The service is incredible. Each time I’ve come to their store, I was met with a very friendly, helpful atmosphere. We recently had to buy a refrigerator. Our spot for our refrigerator was a different size and it was in an area that was a little tricky to get to. They surprised me by offering to come out to measure my area. To make sure we got the size of fridge we needed. We were able to get the refrigerator we needed and they brought it in carefully and installed it in its place. I was so impressed by their professionalism. Their whole team went above and beyond. I won’t go anywhere else to buy furniture or appliances.

Our experience every time we use Mel Hanks is exceptional! From the moment you walk in the door to the delivery. The customization and knowledge that they have is unbeatable! Our couches are beautiful.
