The mattress my family and I purchased was very cheap quality considering they advertise the mattresses as “name brand.” Reached out to the sales rep to receive a replacement or refund and the person was verbally abusive and hung up the call on me multiple times. We are highly dissatisfied and will be filing a legal suit against this business.
