I had a great first experience special ordering some chairs. Everyone was so kind, helpful and they came in as promised and on time. Will definitely go back.

Ordered a sectional waited 4 months for it to arrive. It looked wonderful but was defective. The seams were coming loose because they were not sewn together, there were staples sticking out that cut you and every time you sat down or stood up the springs squeak. John the owner came over & looked at it and sent it back to Indiana for repairs. Had to buy another couch off marketplace so we could have a place to sit while waiting 2 months to get our sectional back. It arrived still having issues. Springs still squeak and some more fabric was coming loose along the seams. I called many times & John would not return my calls so I drove to the store to talk with him. He was very nice, a sweet talker. Said he would call the manufacturer rep. Well no return calls. Again I called several times & nothing. The last time I called John answered said he would call rep & call me back in 10 minutes. Well that was over a year ago. I gave up which is what he wanted. Absolutely poor customer service. Will never go back there. I have always been very happy with HOM furniture & the salesman Keith Radig. I should have bought my sectional from them.

Matt & Shakil were very courteous and kept me informed as to time of delivery. They also moved a heavy item from our lower level and were so conscientious of maintaining social distancing. My husband and I are thrilled with our purchases from Miller Bro’s. We know we can expect the best customer service from all employees. Looking forward to shopping again!

Justin Miller was excellent to work with. He was patient and very knowledgeable about various products. We purchased carpet, a sofa, and 2 recliners. Everything arrived and delivered in perfect condition. The delivery people were careful and great to work with. I highly recommend Miller Brothers Furniture!!!!

Visited the store on a Sunday afternoon and we apparently were bothering the woman who was working. Greeted rudely, told her we were looking for manual reclining furniture and she just said, "No. We have no manual only power." And basically walked away. No offer to order or anything. Walked through the store left. Very disappointing experience. Plenty of other options in the area to buy furniture.
