View on Google5 years ago we got a living room suit at Miller Home in Altoona. I had forgotten we took out a protection plan. We had never used it & it still looks new! So, I received a call saying we had a $699 credit. Honestly at first I thought it was a scam. My husband & I made a trip to the Dubois store & we purchased a new mattress. We haven’t received it yet. Many, many thanks to Sherry! She was very knowledgeable & explained many things we had no clue about. We are excited to receive our new mattress. Sorry I don’t have a photo yet!
View on GoogleBobbie and Dustin went above and beyond to help us through a warranty claim on our furniture through a warranty company Miller Home no longer uses. We waited over 6 months from the original claim and got absolutely nowhere. Finally, upon talking with Bobbi in the store, she guided us through the process of speeding things up, put us in touch with Dustin, and helped us select new furniture to replace what our original warranty finally covered. Bobbi is a go getter and very knowledgeable and responsive. If you're in the market for new furniture, go to Miller Home and request her. She's very honest and down to earth.
