Montgomery Furniture in Madison, SD is top of the line in extraordinary service and meeting the customers’ needs. Taylor, design consultant, is very knowledgeable about furnishings and up to date design. She gave me 1 on 1 attention and followed through on all requests. She has a delightful personality and eager to please. Oscar is very courteous and scheduled around my timeframe. I was always notified of arrival times. The young men who delivered the furniture were considerate of my home and carefully placed each piece. They were courteous and complimentary. The furnishings I purchased are beautiful and of high quality. I am happy!!

View on GoogleGood selection of furniture and rugs to choose from. Relaxed atmosphere. I took home several material samples and a rug sample. No rush to return samples. Enjoyed working with Darby. My past furniture and rug purchases have all been of excellent quality Can not wait for my new furniture/ rug to come!
View on GoogleGreat experience at the Madison store and our associate Karly was very helpful and patient helping us put together a color scheme. When items were out of stock, she researched items that were available and sent us options to choose from. When the furniture was delivered, the employees were very careful bringing in items and placing them exactly where we wanted. Thanks for the great shopping experience!
View on GoogleI have shopped here for years, but my last experience was the best. Maureen was a complete pro and couldn’t have been kinder or more patient. I chose my fabric and I was very annoying during the process, but Maureen made that process so reassuring for me. I’ve only had the furniture for a few weeks and have gotten nothing but compliment after compliment! I absolutely love it... it’s beautiful and so comfortable and I just couldn’t be happier!! Amazing communication and the entire staff, from sales to delivery, was the epitome of professionalism! Bravo, Montgomery’s! Customer for life.
