Morris Furniture

We just had our new furniture delivered today and could not be happier. Kathy Leland was a pleasure to work with and her attention to detail was fabulous! We would not hesitate to recommend Morris Furniture to any family or friends.

I had a great experience buying from Morris Furniture. My dad had just returned from St. Mary's in Rochester after having 3 heart surgeries. His mobility was limited and he has to sleep in a chair for a month. I felt a lift chair was what he needed. From the minute I arrived at Morris the service I received was excellent. They explained all the details about each lift chair that they sell to help me pick the best one for my dad's needs. They were willing to arrange delivery at the time that worked best for us. As a business owner myself, I know the importance of good quality customer service and and that is exactly what I received from them. My dad loves his new lift chair and it will truly help his quality of life now and in the future.

I looked up Morris's Furniture for a friend in Minnesota who doesnt have a GPS. Sent them all to her. She had seen their ad on TV and wanted to visit and see what they had for comfortable chairs She said it was nice, easy to find and their inventory was large Most items they have in stock versus CA where it takes up to 10 weeks to receive furniture. They had a delightful time with the knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately I was unable to join them as it would have taken me 24hrs. To get there. Evidently Google algorithms don't take feasible distance into consideration, so this review is second handed.

I live out of state and phoned Morris Furniture looking for a lift chair for a relative with an urgent medical need. I had the good fortune of speaking with Holly who walked me through my options and instructed me how to locate those options on their website. After making my selection, Holly was also able to expedite the order and the chair was delivered the SAME DAY! That is customer service at it's finest, folks! I wouldn't hesitate to do business with these kind people again.

Great staff. Huge selection of furniture. They boast over 33,000 square feet of showroom. The best part is it's all on the ground floor. That makes it so easy to browse through all departments and go back to compare products. They offer delivery as well. They have a clearance section too that I thought had great bargains. Worth a drive to check out for new furniture.
