2/28/25 we had a delivery for one of our customers and met the owner and his son. Very professional and made the delivery very pleasant. Highly recommend.
View on GoogleRelocating from Pennsylvania, I found myself needing 2 beds & boxsprings. Mountain Mattress was the 3rd store that I looked at. The first 2 stores had outrageous prices and poor customer service. The owner/salesman was very friendly from the moment I walked into the store. He was very patient as I was “trying out” a number of beds. With his assistance I found the perfect bed for me. He offered to deliver that day and I said yes. When he came to my house he noticed that my bed had not been assembled correctly from our moving company. He told me that he would come back, with tools, to fix the problem. True to his word, he returned and took care of this. I like buying from a family owned business as their reputation is always on the line. I was treated fairly and received a good price on my mattresses. I would definitely buy from them again.
View on GoogleVery happy with the mattress set we purchased. John was extremely patient and courteous in working with us. There was some wavering on our part - from one model to another and then back to the original - but John stayed with us the whole way. Delivery was fast and flawless.
