Mountaineer Mattress

Second purchase from company, first one this location. Absolutely the best experience, helpful staff, and easy financing/purchase options. My items took over 3 months to come in. I was advised by the staff that I wouldn’t pay a payment until I personally received the items. I was also told that I had 100 days “same as cash”, I didn’t get that either. I have paid 3 payments towards items that I NEVER received. I called to see how to cancel the order and was told to contact the finance company, I did. The merchant lied and told the finance company I had the items, so now I can’t cancel it. So I’m out over $2,000. Well I can get the merchandise but the same as cash time is over so I’ll be paying more than twice what it’s worth. Absolutely disgusted with how everything was and is being handled.

Purchased from summersvile location over a month ago. Was never told they were shutting down, was told item would be available within 10 days. I have yet to receive item that has been fully paid for and they will not answer any of their phones. Horrible place, Beckley location supposedly stil open but they won't answer phones. DO NOT RECOMMEND. $1,000 gone

What a selection! Prices are great. Very nice new store and a good location with unbeatable service.

Best place to get a mattress in southern WV!!
