Mr. Mattress

I recently purchased a Sealy Zero Gravity, Tempurpedic from Mr. Mattress. I'm so pleased with my purchase. I have degenerate disk disease & cervical stenosis. I haven't been able to sleep in a bed post surgery (2012). I can actually sleep soundly, no pain. It's the best purchase I've ever made. Their staff are very kind & wonderful people to deal with. I highly recommend them. ThankQ Mr. Mattress. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I cannot, in good conscience, give Mr. Mattress Bedding Outlet a good review. The one star is for a pleasant buying experience from over three and a half years ago. However, prior to the three year mark, my Sealy mattress had broken down horribly, dipping almost 2 inches deep in some areas. For reference, I'm 185 lbs and spin the mattress around on the frame weekly. It's the service after sales warranty process that I'm most displeased with. Simply put, Mr. Mattress has not followed through on stated warranty. I've been given "the run around" in layman's terms. So, after over 8 months of attempting to have my issues addressed to no avail, I'll need to purchase a new mattress again. I'll definitely not be purchasing from Mr. Mattress again and will not be able to recommend this business as trustworthy or as a business with integrity.

James is awesome! I did not know about all the different types mattresses and all the different features. He did a really great job of explaining all of them and helped me pick one out that worked best for me! I brought that mattress home and have had the best sleep since! If you're looking for a great mattress, ask for James! He really knows his stock and will make sure you choose the right one for you!

Sales woman was great. Had some doubts about our purchase and was considering returning the mattress. Received a call from Jeff and he offered to refund the full purchase price, and beat whatever better deal I found. Mr. Mattress really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I will recommend these guys to my people if this is the standard of customer service we continue to receive.

James sold us our mattress and we loved having his help. He was kind, informative, and not pushy at all. We felt like we made a great choice once we bought our mattress from him! Highly recommend Mr Mattress and highly recommend you ask for James!
