MUENCHENS FURNITURE

Wonderful store with lots of variety. Ms. Marion helped my son and I around the store today. She was extremely sweet and knowledgeable on all of the pieces. She even gave really good suggestions on what would work best with my home. So many people become frustrated with kids, but she truly treated my son and I like we were family. He's been talking about her since we left the store! That kind of customer service has us so excited to come back and fill our home with their beautiful furniture! Thank you so much Ms. Marion! You rock!! The pieces are beautiful and the prices are unbeatable. We look forward to working with you all!

The delivery team did an excellent job setting up our furniture—everything was handled with care, put together perfectly, and placed exactly where we wanted it. They were professional, efficient, and made the whole process easy and stress-free.

They gave us their utmost attention. Did not pressure us. And provided us with a great service and product. Very pleased with muenchens

When Steve Snr. Owned it, we bought all our furniture there & we were always satisfied with our purchases. Now Steve Snr. Is no longer there, service & quality have gone downhill. We bought an electric powered leather couch & loveseat & within weeks, the loveseat quit working. Stopped by to tell them & were assured they would stop by & fix it. Nobody ever came. Since then, the leather on the seats have split open, showing the inside “stuffing”. Will never again purchase a thing from Muenchens!

Nice store with a huge inventory. Large inventory of recliners. More leather furniture than most stores but still had a lot of microfiber and fabric options. Able to see most options in a style which makes it easier to custom order exactly what you want. Staff was helpful to coordinate matching leather with different chair models. Compared to nearby Ashley Furniture & Lay-Z-Boy Gallery Muenchens Furniture had comparable quality and brands at much lower prices. Had a sale with a % off and free delivery.
