Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable staff. We visited on a Sunday with our baby and left with a new matress and bed frame. So excited for non toxic furniture options in the future and very excited that this brand Acctually cares and is still owner owned - not run by some private equity company. I was hesitant to visit even though pretty organic girl blogger highly recommends them, purely based on the one negative review of the matress dipping in the middle. It turns out after speaking to the staff that customer put a matress on an adjustable base even though it’s not supposed to be, they gave her a new matress after that. I also love that these are modular and you can replace any part of the matress as needed instead of tossing these giant things in the landfill after 5 years!
Terrible bed spend a crazy amount on the top tier mattress and my back hurts everyday. Feels like laying on a sand hill. The ends dip down, while the center curves. It’s a complete disaster. I already had to use my warranty once to change the bed because within the year as it was sinking in the middle they wouldn’t let me return the bed, which is also crazy for them out that you’re spending most companies give you a certain trial period. I needed a new mattress to replace my smoked damaged mattresses from the Eaton Fire. I walked in to the store stressed out from the hour long drive to get there, and the reminder of the fire. Louis immediately put me at ease with his warmth and professionalism. He was attentive and informative, but not pushy. I look forward to sleeping on my new mattress and I will update my review after I have slept on it for a few weeks.
I'm so excited for my new bed and so grateful for Val and Dal!!! The extraordinary team at Naturepedic on Robertson were indispensable when it came to shopping for my new mattress. Both are genuinely vested in helping you. I went to the store multiple times; once for three hours. They patiently answered every question (more than once), and helped me think through my choice to make sure my decision was the best one for me. I couldn't be happier!

Dal & his colleague were so kind and welcoming to our family. My children were able to play in a comfortable environment while I tried out the best mattress. I wanted to avoid waste/returning a mattress, so I made sure to try them all and Dal offered a lot of advice. So grateful for such kind service!
