We bought a reclining couch and love seat couple weeks ago. Staff was friendly and helpful. They had a nice selection and good prices with free delivery to my garage. Had a problem with the love seat reclining and they came out took a look at it and ordered a part. Now it's fixed and working great. We will be shopping here again.
View on GoogleWas very pleased with our shopping experience at Neighborhood Home. The sales lady Destiny was very knowledgeable and helpful. We just going to look, but we were very pleased with pricing, product and bought our mattress today! Thank you Destiny for your great service.
View on GoogleBought a couch from there today, the guy working drug our center piece over the trailer tires and have a 12 inch black streak down the side of the couch. Offered to give us 60$ back off the couch when that doesn’t even pay for a professional to come get it out. The guy used dawn n water n tried scrubbing it out and still wouldn’t budge. Mind you this couch is a very light cream color. My husband had to raise hell in order to get a replacement brought to us n ordered at all. Normally do not have a problem when shopping there but today was aweful.
View on GoogleVery friendly and very helpful everytime I do business with them. But I should have paid attention to what I was buying. The twin box spring I bought was very cheaply made. I couldn't sleep on it. The slats were too far apart and there was only 5 on each side for the whole thing. But this is the only time I ever had any problem.
View on GoogleI explained to the sales clerk exactly what I was looking for and she directed me to that section and showed me the different options, color etc. She was very helpful and I could tell she loved what she does and that means alot. It wasn't just another Sale! Thank you to the Sales person and to Neighborhood Homes.
