No Bull Mattress & More

Literally the best. From start to finish the moment I walked into the store was incredible. Immediately greeted and welcomed. I came in with my kiddo and they were super kind to her even when she threw herself into the mattresses, the knowledge they have is outstanding never pressured me into anything & worked with me and my husband to work within our budget; outright told me okay lets not try these because they will be way out; gave me the best for our bucks without ever compromising quality. I had to buy mattresses for me and my kiddos bunk beds and needless to say she gave me the best discounts one can offer, I mean is unbelievable I was sooooooooo happy to walk out knowing me and my kids will have the best quality sleep and we stayed well within budget. Super impressed, also her patience on me working through my phone to get her pics of our beds to ensure we get the thickness of mattresses we needed. I could go on and on ………. I am extremely happy I listened to reviews and came here. Thank you for treating us like family & being reasonable and respectful of our budget. If you are in NEED of a mattress or mattresses look no further they are your people!! Also!!!!!!! The FAST delivery is the best part of all, literally 2 days for us to sleep like royalties. Thank you thank you.

We had such a great experience shopping for a mattress! Dawn was absolutely wonderful to work with she took the time to walk us through several options and explained the details of each mattress in a way that was easy to understand. You can really tell she knows her stuff and genuinely cares about helping customers find the right fit. We never felt rushed or pressured, and her patience and knowledge made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. We’re extremely happy with the mattress we ended up choosing it’s been a fantastic upgrade for our sleep. We had previously purchased mattresses for our kids here and loved them, which is why we came back, and once again, the experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend both the store and especially Dawn if you’re looking for someone who truly goes above and beyond!

No Bull Means "NO BULL"... My wife and I went mattress shopping this morning and had several places we wanted to visit and compare prices and selections. Our 1st stop was at NO BULL Mattress in indian trail where we were greeted by Hayden. We told him what we were liooking for and with that knowledge, he also asked about any previous issues we may be having with our existing mattress. My wife mentioned shoulder issues she has with our mattress but these issues aren't experienced when we travel, sleeping on other mattresses. He immediately showed us what he thought we might be interested in. (Keep this in mind...He only showed us what he thought we would be interested in but NEVER ONCE tried to sell us anything ). He was right with his very first selection! He explained how a too firm, or too soft mattress may be causing her discomfort. He showed us several other mattresses and "thoroughly" explained the differences between the makeup of each, hopefully, catering to our needs. His product knowledge was extremely impressive to me because when later, visiting 3 other stores, all we were told when asking about the makeup of their mattresses was that "the information should be in the provided literature". "NO BULL"...Hayden knows his mattresses! Since he was the first that we had talked to, it was very disappointing visiting the other 3 stores because it was like speaking with part timers who were there just to keep the doors open. WE made a full circle and returned to No Bull Mattress to make our purchase. Although some of the other stores offered the same mattress we were looking for, their prices were higher and again, their product knowledge was lacking! Although I had never heard of NO BULL MATTRESS before...This visit was a real eye opener for me and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new mattress to "BE SURE" you check them out! Absolutely 5+ stars to Hayden and this NO Bull Mattress store!

We found our perfect mattress and pillows here. Alyssa made it so easy and fast for us to pick out just what we needed! Highly recommend.

Went to No Bull for a kids' mattress. Dawn was extremely helpful in finding out what our needs were and meeting them. Prices were more than reasonable. We'll be back when it's time to replace our next mattress!
