Jerry helped us select some new chairs, he was very helpful and friendly. The order came in early and we promptly picked them up at the warehouse. The gentleman there were great and loaded everything perfectly. After we got the chairs home we found one had some issues from the factory, but here is where they really shined! They brought us a replacement and picked up the one in question. It's when things don't go perfectly you get to see the true nature of the people you deal with. These folks are great! Couldn't be happier

View on GoogleI spent $1,200 on a bedroom set, it was the worst quality I’ve ever seen... it looked like ply wood and it had literally paper staples to hold it together, not to mention the drawers had some funky smell to them... anyway within 5 months my entire bed, frame and headboard had fallen apart. I called to check on a warranty and they pretty much blew me off. I would never recommend Michaels furniture to any of my friends or family or anyone for that matter..... I’ve never seen such horrible, flimsy and cheep material in a furniture store...
