Great place to shop! The manager and staff were very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Delivery was made on time and they removed our old refrigerator as well. Thank you crew at Northern Essentials!

Recently bought a GE washer and dryer from here. Very friendly, great customer service and comparable prices. Very helpful delivery. Definitely recommend this place and will be back for any future purchases!!

Called to get details on stoves in the store & the manager hung up on me. I could tell from the beginning of the call he was probably having an off day, which I understand, but it also doesn't give you the right to try to ruin someone else's. As I was trying to explain to him what I needed, I definitely felt like an inconvenience to him. He said he wasn't comfortable giving me the names and prices of 3 different stoves (something we had just done with them weeks prior when we bought a fridge with no issues). I told him I would get it worked out & as I was saying this he hung up on me. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

I have shopped here for years. Unique, quality items. I had a run-in that soured me to the store; it was rude enough that I thought I'd never enter the business again. I talked to the owners and I'm so glad that I did. Kindness heals a lot of hurt feelings. Because of the occurrence I cannot give the business 5 stars; because of their response I will not give the business 1 star. I believe they work very hard at providing a positive shopping experience, quality items, and high standard of customer relations.

My brother needed a washing machine. Brian helped us select the right washing machine that met our needs. Prior to purchase, we discussed repair but that was not feasible, thanks to Larry, we were given timely and accurate information. I might add my brother is hard of hearing, and their patience and kindness was appreciated. I highly recommend that if you need an appliance - contact Northern Home Essentials.
