This store is normally a great place to shop but I let an employee know about a leak that was going under the shelf and into another isle that they did not have blocked off and the employee Randy got very rude and snippy with me. The older gentleman with glasses at the register always gives 10/10 service though and even knows me by name and greets me when I come in.

I have been a loyal customer for a very long time. Never had any issues except for recently, The manager Wanda is the rudest person I have ever met. I don’t think I’ll be coming back for a while, but I really hope whatever happens that MANAGER won’t be working at That store. Everyone else there is amazing.

I was a stressed out train wreck and I began to vent yo him about my situation like mouth vomit. He was the most respectful and kind man I have met in a awhile. The original price stickers were on the unopened packages. They looked up my account and saw that I had purchased them. They refused a refund and didn't even offer store credit . The store managers are allowed to make exceptions depending on the circumstances. He did not. Furthermore, I didn't like his hard ball attitude.
