Great parking. Handicapped parking. Good shopping carts. Close to resturants and other businesses making most of your trip out. Has a wide variety of inventory in limited quantities. Cashiers are limited so sometimes a long line.
View on GoogleRICARDO was absolutely awful to deal with today! I went In on 10/26 and signed up as a member. I went in today 11/9, prepared to have 15% off. He asked if I was a member, I said I am yes; and I’d love to use my 15% off (mind you I’m spending $118!) and he goes it’s in your email, I said oh! When I signed up, I was only asked for my phone number, he then said that’s too bad. A gentlemen that worked there, overheard and said Ricardo give her the 15% off. He said No I will not do that for HER! Like he had something against me! The guy said I wasn’t asking, I was telling you to do it, it was promised to her and she’s a paying customer, that’s not how we treat our customers. Ricardo then gets LOUD!! And says I will not being doing that for her! It doesn’t BENEFIT the store!! UHM 😶 THINKING TO MYSELF, BUT IM SURE MY TRANSACTION DOES! I was so embarrassed!! THEN RICARDO goes on to say to the other worker!! “ You’re on THIN ICE you better just get out of here” in front of the entire line! Absolutely TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! All over 15%!?! That’s promised to the customer for signing up, WOW !
View on GoogleIts good items, however several times I have been there in the past 6 months I have been charged twice for some of the items I'vepurchaced. Check your receipt before you leave. I live a good distance away and caught it when I got home. Will be checking mine before I leave from now on.
View on GoogleI love Ollie's! It is such a great place to shop. The staff is so friendly and they have the greatest bargains. For example, yesterday, I found sets of flatware I had been looking for the design of which were from Bed Bath & Beyond regularly priced at $80 a set but only $10 a set at Ollie's.
View on GoogleThe cashier was very nice but her supervisor was not they have gazebos on display with a price clearly marked on them of $69 that rang up as $99 I asked why the supervisor said it was the other ones they have that are not near the one on display. She began to argue with me over the issue. I feel like its false advertising and poor customer service. They wouldn't even honor the price marked. I'm upset they wouldn't honor the price but more upset that the supervisor wanted to make a seen and argue over something thats not my fault but one of there own.
